Please find below information for booking the Cottage:

• Provisional reservations can be made by phone, in writing or e-mail but must be confirmed by returning the Booking form with the security deposit, within 7 days. Once the deposit and form have been received, a letter of confirmation and a receipt will be sent to you.
• Full payment for hire needs to be received by us at the latest 6 weeks prior to your arrival. If for any reason we do not receive the payment, we will take it that you no longer wish to hire the property and the security deposit will not be returned to you.
• For any bookings made less than the 6 weeks before the planned date of arrival, the booking form should still be completed and sent with full payment and security deposit.
• The security deposit is held until after your departure in case of any damages or breakages, additional cleaning etc required, for which a deduction would be made. The security deposit will be sent to you within the next 14 days. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will not be returned.
• If the booking has to be cancelled, then please contact us as soon as possible and we ask you to confirm this in writing.
• If the full payment has not yet been made, then the deposit will not be returned. If full has payment has been made, then this will only be returned to you if we are able to re-let the property for the week in question.
• If any problems arise during your stay, then please use the mobile number 07855 411105 and we will try and remedy the problem as soon as possible. Due to this, we would expect the right to enter the property at any time during your stay.
• The Hirer would be responsible for the property during their stay and is expected to take reasonable care of it (including all furnishings etc).
• This is a Non-smoking property.
• Sorry, no pets allowed.
• All bookings are made from Saturday to Saturday. Arrivals are any time after 3.00pm , on date of arrival and we would ask you to vacate the Cottage by 10.00am on the day of your departure.
• Electricity and water are included in the hire charge.
• No linen is provided but duvets, pillows and blankets are supplied. A highchair and cot are also available on request.
• Please be aware of child safety at all times and that you are responsible for yourselves and other members in the party, whilst staying at the Cottage.
